Murray Cod Australia (ASX:MCA) said that Chief Executive Ross Anderson will step down from his role, effective Feb. 20, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Executive Director Mat Ryan and Non-Executive Director Roger Commins have been appointed as interim joint CEO, the filing said.
Anderson will support an orderly handover of responsibilities as the company actively searches for a suitable replacement, the filing added.
The company's shares fell 1% in recent Friday trade.
