UiPath (PATH) said Friday it has acquired WorkFusion for an undisclosed sum.
The transaction was completed in UiPath's fiscal Q1 2027.
WorkFusion brings a library of pre-built AI agents that automate labor intensive tasks, such as customer screening and investigations, which UiPath said will strengthen its ability to process complex compliance procedures while maintaining regulatory controls.
