Imdex (ASX:IMD) completed the acquisition of the remaining 49% stake in Datarock Holdings for about AU$31 million, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Through incremental investments between November 2021 and July 2024, the company previously acquired a 51% stake in Datarock, the filing said.
