Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT Books DPU of $0.0025 in H2, 2025; Shares Up 4%

Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT (SGX:CMOU) booked a distribution per unit or DPU of $0.0025 in the second half of 2025, after not reporting any a year earlier, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Income available for distribution declined by 3.1% to $23.1 million from $23.8 million a year earlier.

Net property income rose by 10.3% to $40 million from $36.3 million in the year-ago period.

Gross revenue was up 4.9% year over year to $75.6 million from $72.1 million.

The REIT reported a committed occupancy of 87.2%, with positive rental reversion of 6.8% for 2025.

Shares of the REIT were up over 4% in Tuesday trading.
