Cathay General Bancorp (CATY) said Chief Financial Officer Heng W. Chen will retire, effective March 1.
He will be succeeded by Deputy CFO Albert J. Wang, 50, the company said Friday in a regulatory filing.
Chen will serve as a special adviser to the office of the president for Cathay Bank until the end of the year.
