0448 GMT - Bilibili's game revenue could revert to growth in 2H with new launches, CGS International analysts say in a research note. Bilibili's new self-developed game, "Escape from Duckov," likely generated CNY150 million in sales in 4Q 2025 and it plans to launch a new game, "San Mou" overseas in 2026, they note. The game revenue could improve sequentially in 1Q after likely dropping 14% on year in 4Q of 2025, they say, adding that they project a recovery in 2H. China's game market should maintain high-quality growth in 2026 after the regulator approved 1,676 game licences in 2025, up 30%, the analysts say. With AI technology, CGS International expects Bilibili's ad revenue to rise 22% in 4Q of 2025 and 15% in 2026. Bilibili's Hong Kong shares are last 1.8% higher at HK$242.00. (sherry.qin@wsj.com)
