OpenAI Signs Deal With Cerebras for AI Computing

Microsoft (MSFT)-backed OpenAI Wednesday said it signed a deal to buy 750 megawatts of artificial intelligence computing power from chip startup Cerebras through 2028.

Cerebras' low-latency inference solution will be integrated into OpenAI's platform to support faster AI response, the company said.

OpenAI did not disclose financial terms of the deal, but people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg the deal is worth more than $10 billion.
