OmniVision Integrated Circuits (HKG:0501) has set the offer price for its Hong Kong initial public offering at HK$104.80 per H share, according to a Thursday bourse filing.
The fabless semiconductor company is seeking to raise up to HK$4.8 billion from the offering.
OmniVision will announce subscription and allocation results on Friday, with trading of its H shares expected to begin on the main board on Jan. 12.
