Brand Engagement Network Regains Compliance With Nasdaq's Minimum Bid Price Rule

Brand Engagement Network (BNAI) has regained compliance with a Nasdaq rule that requires the company's common stock to maintain a minimum closing bid price of $1, a Wednesday SEC filing showed.

A letter from the Nasdaq's listing qualifications department said that for 12 consecutive days between Dec. 12 and Dec. 30, the closing bid price of the company's common stock was $1 or higher.

The company has regained compliance with listing requirements, and the matter is closed, the letter stated.

Brand Engagement Network shares were up 5.6% in recent Friday premarket activity.
