Power Minerals (ASX:PNN) started trading on the US OTCQB market under the ticker "PEIMF" on Dec. 23 while continuing its primary listing on the Australian Securities Exchange, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The OTCQB listing is intended to broaden the company's US investor base and improve access for both North American institutional and retail investors, per the filing.
The company has not issued any new shares, and its capital structure remains unchanged, the filing added.
