WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC) has voluntarily agreed with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) that WiseTech and one of its units, BluJay Solutions (Australia), will divest Expedient Software, a subsidiary of BluJay, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

Expedient was a part of the business operations of E2open Parent Holdings, Inc. which WiseTech acquired in August.

Its annual revenue contribution represents less than 0.4% of WiseTech's fiscal 2026 revenue guidance.

The divestment is expected to result in a one-time, non-cash derecognition of goodwill in the range of $5 million to $20 million.
