Blackstone Minerals (ASX:BSX) said Managing Director Scott Williamson has resigned from his role, effective Jan. 31, 2026, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company has appointed current Non-Executive Director, Geoff Gilmour, to act as Executive Chairman, effective immediately, who will perform an executive leadership role while the board identifies and appoints a replacement Chief Executive Officer or Managing Director, or both.
