One Stop Systems (OSS) said late Tuesday it has finalized the sale of all assets and operations of Bressner Technology to Hiper Euro for $22.4 million.
Following the sale, One Stop said it can reinvest capital in its faster growing artificial intelligence, machine learning, and edge computing markets.
