Technology stocks were flat to higher pre-bell Friday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) up 0.2% and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) inactive.
Canadian Solar (CSIQ) shares were up more than 2% premarket. Canadian Solar said Wednesday it has appointed Colin Parkin as president, replacing Shawn Qu, effective immediately.
