Coveo Signs Deal With Canadian Government to Explore AI in Government Services

Coveo Solutions has signed a preliminary agreement with Ottawa to explore how artificial intelligence could be used in government services.

The Canadian software company providing AI‑powered search and personalization solutions for enterprises said Wednesday that it has signed a memorandum of understanding to boost innovation and adoption of AI in Canada.

Together they will explore how new technologies such as AI, machine learning and large language models can be deployed to modernize government public service operations.
