China Properties Investment (HKG:0736) said it planned to buy BNB, the native cryptocurrency of the Binance ecosystem, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.
Shares of the money lender jumped over 14% in morning trade Wednesday.
The purchase will be funded using internal sources, the firm said.
