Nasdaq Halts Trading in Magnitude International as It Seeks More Information

Nasdaq (NDAQ) said Friday that trading in Magnitude International (MAGH) is halted pending additional information requested from the company.
Nasdaq said the Securities and Exchange Commission previously suspended trading in Magnitude International from Dec. 5 to Dec. 18.
The last sale price of the stock was $6.76, Nasdaq said, adding that trading will remain halted until Magnitude International fully satisfies Nasdaq's information request.
