InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) said Tuesday it signed a franchise agreement with Sirayane Hospitality to develop the first Kimpton hotel in Morocco.
The 67-room Kimpton Marrakech hotel will be located about 20 minutes south of Marrakech's Medina and Hivernage district, and is expected to open in Q4 2026, the company said.
The signing represents IHG's third hotel agreement in Morocco, the company said.
