Smoore International Trustee Buys Back Nearly 8 Million Shares Under Incentive Scheme

Smoore International's (HKG:6969) trustee bought back nearly 8 million shares of the company for HK$99.8 million under a 2021 share award scheme, a Dec. 12 Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the electric vape company were down over 2% in Monday afternoon trading.

Following the repurchase, the trustee holds a little over 95.7 million shares in the firm.
