Akamai Technologies (AKAM) said Monday it acquired serverless computing and WebAssembly specialist Fermyon.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Akamai said it expects the acquisition to have no material impact on its 2025 financial guidance.
Fermyon co-founders Matt Butcher and Radu Matei will join Akamai's Cloud Technology Group, the company said.
