CPC says it resumes oil loading at single mooring point at Black Sea terminal
MOSCOW, Dec 1 (Reuters) - The Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) said on Monday it had resumed oil shipments from one mooring point at its Black Sea terminal following a weekend Ukrainian drone attack.
The CPC project, which includes Russian, Kazakh and U.S. shareholders, said on Saturday that one of the three mooring points at its Novorossiysk terminal in Russia had been damaged by a Ukrainian drone attack and that operations had been halted.
