** U.S.-listed shares of silver miners rise premarket, tracking prices of the white metal GOL/
** Spot silver XAG= up 1.3% at $57.12 per ounce after hitting an all-time high of $57.86 earlier
** Prices hit an all-time high, driven by investor expectations of a possible U.S. interest rate cut later this month and shifts in Federal Reserve leadership
** Hecla Mining HL.N up 3.3% and Coeur Mining CDE.N rises ~3%
** Canadian miners Endeavour SilverEDR.TO, EXK.N up 2.3% and Silvercorp Metals SVM.TO, SVM.N up 1.2%
** Abrdn Physical Silver Shares ETF SIVR.P up 2.2% and iShares Silver Trust SLV.P up 2.1%
