China Southern Power Grid Energy's Subsidiary to Transfer Centralized Cooling Project Assets; Shares Down 3%

China Southern Power Grid Energy Efficiency and Clean Energy's (SHE:003035) subsidiary, Southern Power Grid Comprehensive Energy (Guangzhou), plans to transfer its centralized cooling project assets through public listing, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Saturday.
The Chinese energy-saving services provider's shares dropped less than 3% during Monday's afternoon trade.
The assets, which are located in Yongxing Island, Sansha City, Hainan Province, China, will be listed on the Beijing Equity Exchange.
