Okta Fiscal Q3 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise; Shares Fall After Hours

Okta (OKTA) reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP net income late Tuesday of $0.82 per diluted share, up from $0.67 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.76.

Revenue in the three months ended Oct. 31 rose to $742 million from $665 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $730.5 million.

The company expects fiscal Q4 non-GAAP EPS of $0.84 to $0.85 on revenue of $748 million to $750 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet project EPS of $0.84 on revenue of $738.2 million.

The company raised its full-year guidance to non-GAAP EPS of $3.43 to $3.44 on revenue of $2.906 billion to $2.908 billion. The previous forecast was EPS of $3.33 to $3.38 on revenue of $2.875 billion to $2.885 billion.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect EPS of $3.37 on revenue of $2.88 billion.

Okta shares fell 4.2% in after-hours trading.
