Amazon to Cut Seller Fees in Europe

Amazon (AMZN) said Tuesday it will reduce average fees for independent sellers in its European stores by about 0.17 euro ($0.20) per unit starting in 2026.

From Dec. 15, Fulfilment by Amazon parcel fees in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain will drop by an average of 0.32 euro per unit, the company said.

Referral fees for clothing and accessories, and, from Feb. 1, 2026, for categories including home products, grocery, vitamins, and pet items will be cut on lower-priced goods, Amazon said.

Amazon will also extend reduced low-price FBA rates to products priced at or below 20 euros, lowering fulfilment charges for those items by an average of 0.45 euro per unit, it said.

Selective increases to storage, return, and liquidation charges and updated FBA fees in several smaller European markets will add about 0.02 euro per FBA unit on average, Amazon said.
