mm2 Asia Gets Demand Notice from Malaysian Firm After Lease Termination

mm2 Asia (SGX:1B0) said it received a termination and demand notice from HPE Facilities Services (Malaysia), which has ended its business lease agreements with MM2 Screen Management.

The Malaysian firm is seeking 604,741 ringgit in outstanding payments, according to an after-market filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The amount is to be settled within seven days from the notice dated Nov. 26.

mm2 Asia's board said it is seeking legal advice and will update shareholders on any material developments.
