Tuan Sing's (SGX:T24) unit, Grand Hotel, launched The Langley in Perth, Australia, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The Langley is being built as a landmark destination that focuses on accommodation, hospitality, leisure and business in a premium setting.
The property has 367 rooms across nine levels and includes facilities such as a heated outdoor pool, sauna and a gym.
Shares of the property developer were down nearly 2% in Thursday's trade.
