Acrometa Swings to Attributable Loss in Fiscal H2; Shares Down 5%

Acrometa (SGX:43F) booked an attributable loss to owners of SG$2.6 million for the fiscal second half ended Sept. 30, from an attributable profit of SG$452,000 a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Loss per share came in at SG$0.0077 compared with earnings per share of SG$0.0014 in the comparable period.

Revenue meanwhile, fell 31% year over year to SG$2.1 million from SG$3.0 million, mainly due to weak performance in the maintenance business segment.

Shares of the engineering services company were down nearly 5% at the close of trading on Friday.
