** U.S.-listed shares of silver miners rise premarket, tracking prices of white metal GOL/
** Spot silver XAG= up 0.8% at $53.86/ounce on optimism over a possible Federal Reserve rate cut in December
** Hecla Mining HL.N up 1.6% and Coeur Mining CDE.N rise 1.4%
** Canadian miner Silvercorp Metals SVM.TO, SVM.N up 1.4% and Endeavour SilverEDR.TO, EXK.N rises 1.5%
** Abrdn Physical Silver Shares ETF SIVR.P and iShares Silver Trust ETF SLV.P climb 1.1% and 1%, respectively
