The high court of Singapore fixed the hearing for AF Global's (SGX:L38) scheme meeting for Dec. 10, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The company is required to file written submissions by Dec. 1.
This comes after AFG Investments made an offer to acquire all the shares in the company, other than shares directly held by Aspial (SGX:A30) and Koh Wee Meng by way of a scheme of arrangement.
