HDB Financial Services Raises INR3.03 Billion Through Debenture Allotment

HDB Financial Services (NSE:HDBFS, BOM:544429) has raised 3.03 billion Indian rupees through the allotment of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, in two tranches, according to a Thursday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The company allotted 30,300 non-convertible debentures of face value of 100,000 rupees each, including 24,000 debentures with a coupon rate of 7.96% per annum to mature on Jan. 5, 2028. The second tranche of zero-coupon 6,300 debentures will mature on Oct. 4, 2028.

The debentures are proposed to be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of the BSE.
