LaSalle LOGIPORT REIT (TYO:3466) completed its third acquisition of preferred shares in Japan Logistics Development 2 TMK for 305 million yen, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The acquisition was made through the TMK vehicle.
