WTW (WTW) is in discussions to acquire NatWest's (NWG) 85% stake in its Cushon employee retirement platform business, Sky News reported, without citing sources. WTW shares were up 0.3% premarket.
Kaspi.kz (KSPI) stock was up more than 1% after the company said it now expects to complete its acquisition of Rabobank's Turkish unit Rabobank AS in mid-2026, instead of the second half of 2025.
JPMorgan Chase (JPM) shares were 0.3% higher after the company said it plans to build a new three-million square feet tower in London with a capacity for up to 12,000 employees that will serve as its main headquarters in the UK.
