Black Pearl Group Secures Secondary Listing on ASX

Black Pearl Group (NZE:BPG) has been admitted to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) as a New Zealand foreign exempt entity, with trading of its shares expected to commence on Nov. 25 under the ticker "BPG," according to a Friday New Zealand bourse filing.

The company will remain a New Zealand-registered entity with its primary listing on the New Zealand Exchange, while the ASX will serve as its secondary exchange, the filing added.
