Nov 24 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Monday:

** BHP <BHP.AX> abandoned a last-ditch effort to buy rival Anglo American <AAL.L> and bolster its dominance in copper, just two weeks before Anglo and Teck Resources' shareholders were set to vote on a $60 billion merger.

** Monash IVF Group <MVF.AX> said it had rejected an offer from a consortium that valued the Australian fertility services provider at A$311.7 million ($201.11 million), sending its shares soaring to a six-month high.

** Qube Holdings <QUB.AX> said that Macquarie Asset Management, a unit of Macquarie <MQG.AX>, submitted a non-binding proposal to acquire all issued shares of Qube for A$5.20 in cash per share, valuing the company at A$11.6 billion ($7.49 billion), including debt.
