1241 GMT - The U.K. government's budget measures next week could significantly cut household energy bills, Goldman Sachs economists say in a note. The economists estimate that the cuts could cost the government around 4.3 billion pounds in the near term. Cuts on the value added tax on household energy bills and "removing the cost of environmental levies and some social policies from household bills" are some of the policies likely to be announced, the economists say.
