1527 ET - Lululemon's leadership rejiggering could pose further challenges for the athleticwear brand, Jefferies analysts say in a note. Celeste Burgoyne, who oversaw all customer-facing aspects of Lululemon's North American business, is departing the retailer and will be succeeded by Andre Maestrini, who has been leading Lululemon's international business and has been appointed to a consolidated role of president and chief commercial officer, the analysts say. It's unclear if Maestrini is the right choice to navigate Lululemon's recent challenges in North America, including a decline in demand, given his experience is heavily weighted toward international markets, the analysts say. Maestrini is also based in London, and it's unclear if he will relocate to join the rest of the executive team, they say. (kelly.cloonan@wsj.com)
