--Sasol could spin off its international chemicals unit as early as 2028, its Chief Executive Simon Baloyi said in an interview, Bloomberg reports.
--The listing date would depend on how quickly profits grow, and once earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization nears the $800 million-to-$1 billion range, he tells Bloomberg.
--Sasol's shares are down around 4% in morning trade but remain up 40% over the year-to-date.
