Zixin Receives Investor Notice for Exercise of Options; Shares Down 3%

Zixin (SGX:42W) received a notice from several investors who declared their intention to exercise 147.3 million options at SG$0.030 per option share under a share option agreement, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were down nearly 3% in Friday trading.
Following the allotment and issuance of the option shares, the company's paid-up capital will increase to SG$214.5 million.
The new shares were listed and quoted on Nov. 21, the filing said.
