James Bay Minerals Rebrands as Black Bear Minerals; Shares Fall 3%

James Bay Minerals (ASX:JBY) changed its name to Black Bear Minerals, following shareholder approval at its annual general meeting on Nov. 13, with the change now recorded by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) will update the company's name and ticker code to "BKB" from the start of trading on Thursday, with no change to its Australian company number, the filing said.
The company's shares fell past 3% in recent Wednesday trade.
