Prudential (SGX:K6S, HKG:2378) repurchased 273,186 shares in London on Nov. 14 at an average price of around 10.72 pounds sterling apiece, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The insurer intends to cancel the repurchased shares.
Following the transaction, Prudential will have nearly 2.56 billion shares in issue.
