Semiconductor Manufacturing International (HKG:0981, SHA:688981), or SMIC, recorded a 29% rise in attributable profit in the third quarter of 2025 to $191.8 million from $148.8 million a year prior, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Earnings per share remained consistent year over year at $0.02.
Total revenue rose 9.7% in the quarter to $2.38 billion from $2.17 billion in the year-ago period, mainly due to a rise in wafer shipment and product mix change in the period.
