0346 GMT - Sea Ltd., powered by its Shopee and Monee businesses, offers significant long-term growth potential, Morningstar analyst Chelsey Tam says in a note. She highlights Shopee, Sea's e-commerce platform, as having substantial growth runway across its operating markets. Tam expects its monetization rate to rise to 14% by 2034 from 13% in 3Q 2025, driven by wider adoption of advertising tools and improved AI-powered ad performance. Sea's fintech arm, Monee, is also poised to expand by growing its user base and increasing loan amounts per customer while maintaining disciplined credit risk management. Tam projects Sea's revenue and core EBIT CAGR of 16% and 41%, respectively, over the next decade. Morningstar maintains a $198 fair value estimate, noting the stock is undervalued. The ADRs closed at $143.35.(jason.chau@wsj.com)
