BBR's (SGX:KJ5) subsidiary, BBR Construction Systems, agreed to sell a freehold property and a factory building in Malaysia to My Semi Precision for 25.3 million ringgit, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were up over 1% in Friday trading.
The disposal allows the company to realize the property's value and will also help it clear outstanding amounts.
