Mercurity Fintech (MFH) said Wednesday it will rebrand as Chaince Digital, effective Thursday, to reflect its strategic shift toward tokenization and on-chain financial services.
The company said its ordinary shares will trade under the new ticker symbol "CD" and its website will go live when trading opens on Thursday.
Shareholders do not need to take any action regarding the name or ticker change, as existing share certificates will remain valid, the company said.
