Shell to Divest Portion of Volta Media Network to Jolt

Shell (SHEL) has entered into an agreement to divest a "substantial" portion of the Volta Media Network to Sydney-based Jolt, the electric vehicle charging and media firm said Wednesday.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The deal is expected to close on Jan. 1, 2026, Jolt said.
The Volta Media Network is a digital advertising network of over 7,200 out-of-home screens on Shell Recharge electric vehicle charging stations, according to the company's website.
