Guotai Junan Securities (SHA:601211, HKG:2611) subsidiary Guotai Junan Holdings on Monday issued HK$3.88 billion in bonds.
Proceeds will be used to refinance maturing debts, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The issuance is guaranteed by another wholly-owned subsidiary, Guotai Junan Financial Holdings.
