360 Capital Group (ASX:TGP) said it was informed by TT Investments, which is acting as trustee for TT Investment Trust, that its on-market bid for all of 360 Capital securities that it does not already own will close on Thursday and will not be extended, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The offer proposed the acquisition of the securities at a cash price of AU$0.31 per stapled security.
