BUZZ-Copper miners gain as metal prices steady after four days of fall
** Shares of copper miners rise, as prices of the red metal gain after four sessions of declines MET/L
** Benchmark three-month copper CMCU3 on the London Metal Exchange up 0.2% at $10,684.50 a metric ton
** The metal, used in power and construction, has lost 5% since worries about tighter global supply pushed it to a record high of $11,200/metric ton a week ago
** U.S.-listed shares of global mining giant Rio TintoRIO.N up 1.4% and BHP Group BHP.N gains 2.3%
** Miners Southern CopperSCCO.N up 2.8% and Freeport-McMoRan FCX.N up 2.3%
** Canadian miners Hudbay Minerals HBM.TO and Ero CopperERO.TO each up 4.5% and Teck Resources TECKb.TO gains 1%
