Anhui Expressway (HKG:0995, SHA:600012) entered two deals for the construction of Anhui Provincial Expressway Network Toll Management Platform's disaster preparation center, amounting to 10.8 million yuan, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on Tuesday.
The Chinese expressway's Hong Kong shares slipped over 1% during Wednesday's morning trade.
First agreement involves the construction of a remote dual-system disaster preparation center, which costs 2.3 million yuan, while the second deal includes the upgrading of the center's toll collection system, lane software upgrading and video cloud platform, as well as the construction of sunshine rescue platform. The second deal is estimated to be 8.5 million yuan.
Anhui Expressway is among the seven entities that will invest in the projects. The company will invest an aggregate of 6.3 million yuan into the projects.
